Today, that perspective continues to guide our approach to sourcing and roasting. With backgrounds in chemical engineering, business, and hospitality, we approach coffee with both technical precision and long-term perspective.

We source coffees from trusted partners across Central and South America and East Africa, with an emphasis on quality, traceability, and long-term collaboration. Many of the coffees we roast come from small farms and long-term relationships developed over years of working together.

Based in Miami Florida, our approach is shaped by the city itself — international, design-forward, energetic, and deeply connected to Latin America. We see coffee as part of hospitality and culture: something that brings people together and creates memorable experiences.

The name “Great Circle” is inspired by the coffee belt that connects coffee-growing regions around the world and the shared work that brings coffee from origin to cup.

The GC heart icon is inspired by the shape inside a coffee bean when cut in half — a small reminder that great coffee starts at the source.
