A wonderful, fully washed Java variety coffee from Juan Diego De la Cerda’s #1 COE winning El Socorro farm. We’ve been working on getting this coffee on our menu for years : ).
This coffee is clean, sweet and bright with notes of caramel, mandarin orange, with soft floral notes and creamy chocolate. It makes stunning medium roast espresso or delicious filter coffee.
